I had a wonderful time at Sandals Negril, especially appreciating the friendly staff and beautiful beach. While the food and drinks were plentiful and enjoyable, I was disappointed that the main pool was under repair during my stay. which impacted the overall experience. The butler service was excellent and made my wife and I feel truly pampered. Overall, the resort offered a lovely getaway, despite a few hiccups.
